Zindagi Trust participated in Childerns Literature Festival

Have you ever noticed a child with a color pencil or a paint brush in their hands? There is an intent in their eyes and a vigor in their fingers to create something otherworldly. Our students created artworks with the same intent for the Children's Literature Festival and through our help, they displayed them at the Arts council where the festival was held on the 14th, 15th and 16th of December. Our Head of Arts program, Anam Shakil Khan, assisted the students in designing fabulous Zentangle portraits, Lippan art, pop art, illustrations and many other art forms for the exhibition. We also presented our students’ specially designed tote bags, cards and notebooks for the spectators. The purpose of our inculcation of an arts curriculum into our schools’ education is for our students to develop their creativity and express their emotions through art, and we are happy to see a major progress in the collective mental well-being of our children because of it!
